Questions, answered.

Where is our data stored?
In the European Union. The platform runs in Frankfurt, and on Portfolio plans you can have a dedicated database with defined data residency. Your data is exportable at any time.
Can we put booking on our own website?
Yes. One line of script embeds a live, branded booking widget onto any site — the same widget you can try in the "See it live" section above. Availability stays in sync because it reads straight from AnkerCore.
How do payments, identity and accounting work?
AnkerCore integrates with European providers for identity (MitID), payments and accounting rather than reinventing them. During onboarding we connect the providers you already use; until then the platform runs in a clearly-marked staging posture.
Is it locked to a vendor or framework?
No. The core is zero-dependency and runs on your own database. There's no proprietary lock-in, and your data and history remain portable.
How long does it take to get started?
Most of the work is importing your spaces from a spreadsheet and embedding the widget — that can happen in a day. Going fully live (payments, identity, accounting) follows once those integrations are connected.
